After obtaining a Master’s degree in Psychology and 15 years of field experience in many different segments, I joined the Rainbow Resources family as a Recruitment Consultant. As a student and in life, I’ve always tried to get the most out of the opportunities I was presented with.
I grabbed the opportunity to gain knowledge, experience and skills by working on projects for several organizations. In the political segment, for example, I built a team of up to 20 people, managed a lot of local campaigns and gained a lot of people knowledge and marketing experience. When I am not at work, I enjoy family time, music, concerts and doing sports, such as running and swimming.
An will be located in both our offices in Antwerp and in Brussels. She is currently supporting team Axis projects, in their search for Consultants and freelancers.

Tess Guetat, Senior Consultant
A seasoned expat working in many parts of the world from Chicago to Dubai, London and indeed Brussels, it gave me a great appreciation for people, cultures, languages and most of all and, in spite of the distance, for our similarities and synergies as humans.
I have a background in communication and extensive consultancy experience for and at blue chip organisations, I am passionate about people and business. I hold a CIPD diploma in HR Management, an MBA in Digital Transformation, a master and bachelor in languages.
When not at work, I love spending time volunteering, doing sports and long walks across the Belgian countryside and with family and friends.

Tanya Kruijer, Consultant
During my life, I had the chance to travel a lot and to live abroad for 11 years in countries like Australia, Namibia and the Fiji Islands.
I did my last years of high school and completed my higher education in English, which is why I became bilingual English/Dutch.
Having to get out of my comfort zone over those years, I became this social being that loves to be surrounded by diverse personalities. In my opinion, this is an advantage in the recruitment sector where understanding and reading people are very valuable skills.
