Why choose to hire through temping?
The trial period
Since the 1st of January 2014 the trial period has been removed, except for a few exceptions including temporary work. As a general rule in a temping contract of one week, the first three days of actual work are considered as a probationary period, during which both the employer and the employee can break the contract without notice or compensation.

Once this period is over, you can terminate the collaboration on a weekly basis without having to justify it or by paying additional fees. On the other hand, if you are satisfied with the capabilities of the temporary worker, you may acquire them at the price of a usual recruitment with the deduction of the hours already carried out by the temporary worker. You can also wait to employ the temporary worker until all contractual days have been worked. Then you can hire him at no cost.
The administration
Axis Group is in charge of the entire administration regarding the temporary worker including: vacation and work certificates, C4, document 281.10, ....
The responsibility
Our agency is here to support and advise you throughout the whole mission. We make sure that you respect the social laws and the rules related to your joint committee or others. The temporary worker is covered by our insurance. Moreover, Axis pays any sick leave.
The payroll
We take care of the Dimona declaration, the meal vouchers, the transportation expenses refunds, social security contributions and pension premiums. As a client, you only receive a weekly or monthly bill, which includes all fees.
The service
The most interesting part however, is that the service remains the same as for any placement. We always strive to find the right candidate. All candidates do the same interview. At your request, additional tests can be taken. Afterwards, a complete file is created, so you have all the necessary information to make an informed decision.
