Private Equity Specialist sought with experience in independently setting up funds for families, including selection, reporting and commercial activities. Description
- You will be responsible for managing and growing the portfolio of private equity investments
- You will work closely with the investment team to identify opportunities and perform due diligence processes
- You will structure transactions and add value to existing portfolio companies
- You will be involved in all aspects of the investment process, including initiating deals and managing exit strategies
- You will select private equity funds, prepare reports and follow up with investors and the executive committee.
Your profile
- You have demonstrable experience in private equity funds, with a proven track record of independently setting up funds for families
- You have in-depth knowledge of the European and U.S. markets and are able to identify and evaluate investment opportunities
- You have a Master's degree with economic/financial background
- You have communication and reporting skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to investors in a clear and convincing manner
- You have strong commercial skills and are able to build and maintain relationships with investors and other key stakeholders
- You are proactive and results-oriented, with a proven ability to multitask effectively and work under tight deadlines.
