Description

As Sales Manager you steer, coach and supervise the team of account managers:
  • You ensure an optimally functioning sales organization.
  • You work on the necessary development points of your team so that they are able to provide maximum service to our customers and meet our objectives.
  • You manage a limited customer portfolio to keep in touch with the end customer.
  • You keep a close eye on trends and developments in the market in order to identify opportunities and make a plan to respond in cooperation with other members of the management.
  • You take commercial responsibility for the sales plan and develop targeted action plans.
  • You take an active role in growing and expanding the share of our existing and new customers.
  • Cooperation is the basis for successful business. You therefore work closely with other departments of IC Insurance so that internal and external interests are aligned.
  • You report the progress of the client portfolio and share this information with management.

Your profile

  • You have a Bachelor's degree and already have experience as an account manager in insurance;
  • You are fluent in Dutch and French so you can communicate fluently with customers and colleagues;
  • You have leadership skills and know how to motivate people, enthuse them and get results;
  • You are a real team player who enjoys working together to achieve goals;
  • You are entrepreneurial, proactive, results driven and bursting with energy to succeed in your role.
