Description

• As a Junior Career Advisor, you get the chance to change the lives of others every day by finding the perfect match between the needs of our clients and the expectations of your candidates;
• You will search for suitable candidates through our database, the various external job sites, job fairs and networking. Websites such as VDAB and LinkedIn hold no secrets for you;
• You do a telephone screening to check whether the candidate at first sight seems to be a match with one of the vacancies at our clients;
• Thanks to a thorough and qualitative in-depth interview, you find the best match between the candidate's wishes and the client's requirements;
• As befits a good Junior Career Advisor, you follow up your candidates during their entire career - they can come to you for every step;
• Since you are in daily contact with our clients, you know better than anyone how to solve their staffing needs and build long-term relationships;
• You have administrative strengths: the publication of vacancies, the collection of a lot of documents for a contract signature, the creation of an Axis CV, and so on - here too, you dot the i's and cross the t's;

Your profile

• Passion for recruitment: an unbridled enthusiasm for HR and recruitment, with an ambition to find the best talents for our clients. Experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus, but we especially appreciate your potential and determination;
• Results-oriented: a high level of motivation to meet and exceed your goals, with a positive and persistent attitude;
• Excellent relationship skills: the ability to communicate effectively with candidates and clients and build lasting relationships with them. To excel in your tasks, an excellent knowledge of Dutch, and of French and/or English is required;
• Proactivity and innovation: initiative and the ability to propose creative solutions to labor market challenges;
• Team spirit: willingness to work with other team members to achieve common goals.

• Monthly salary indication: € 2001 - € 2500
