Business Consultant

Description

• As a Business Consultant, every day you have the opportunity to change the lives of others by finding the perfect match between our customers' needs and your consultants' expectations;
• You search for suitable candidates in our database, on various external job sites, via job fairs and through networking;
• After a telephone pre-selection, you schedule an in-depth, quality interview, during which you find the best match between the candidate's expectations and the customer's requirements;
• Once you've built up your own portfolio of consultants, you follow up on customer projects and, as soon as the end date is in sight, proactively look for the next project;
• You manage consultants' career paths as a true HR advisor, via end-of-year appraisals, training programs, salary negotiations, etc;
• Being in daily contact with our customers, you understand their recruitment needs better than anyone else and build long-term relationships with them;
• You are administratively sound: from publishing job offers to collecting documents for signing a contract, to writing an interview report, you take care of every detail.

Your profile

• You're an expert in recruitment or human resources. We'd be delighted to teach you how to manage your own portfolio of consultants;
• Results orientation: a strong motivation to achieve and exceed your objectives, with a positive and persevering attitude;
• Excellent interpersonal skills: the ability to communicate effectively with candidates and customers, and build lasting relationships with them. To excel in your tasks, an excellent command of Dutch and French and/or English is required;
• Proactivity and innovation: initiative and the ability to propose creative solutions to the challenges of the job market;
• Team spirit: willingness to collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals.

• Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 3000
