The mission of our client in Hasselt is to simplify customers' daily lives by providing personalized solutions. As commercial director, you will lead a team of 6 employees to provide customers with the right solutions and establish the bank branch as a local reference. We are looking for an energetic, communicative leader with experience in (managerial and) commercial positions in the financial sector, who is driven to strengthen their team.
Description
- As office manager, you have ultimate responsibility for the agency. As an "entrepreneur" you build the office from strong organizational skills.
- Your dynamism and commercial skills are assets for developing your sales point
- You lead, stimulate and motivate a team of 6 employees to achieve the qualitative and quantitative objectives, without losing sight of risk management
- On the basis of these objectives and frequent meetings with your employees, you organize commercial actions and closely follow them up
- You are responsible for a portfolio of private clients and you participate in the commercial activities of the agency
- You identify opportunities in the region and develop a commercial plan to ensure optimal growth of the point of sale
- You represent the bank in your region and participate actively in its socio-economic life
Your profile
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree with an economics or finance orientation
- You are a born leader and like to take responsibility
- You like to be among your colleagues and believe in teamwork instead of micro-management
- You have (preferably) already a 1st successful experience in a managerial, commercial function in the financial sector
- You are energetic, communicative and creative
- Your charisma and your flexibility are assets to quickly integrate into your new work environment
- You have integrity and courtesy in all your contacts
- You have a good understanding of the banking sector and marketing techniques
