This position offers an opportunity for direct interaction with customers, while being responsible for the administrative management of insurance contracts.

Description

  • You will be the preferred and trusted point of contact for our customers.
  • You will answer their questions by telephone or in writing, seeking solutions to any problems and offering advice wherever possible.
  • Thanks to your excellent service, you'll build long-term, trusting relationships with our customers.
  • You will also be responsible for the administrative follow-up of insurance files, managing policies throughout their lifecycle, including quotations, underwriting, billing, modifications and cancellations.
  • You will work closely with the insurance companies to ensure fast, efficient administration.

Your profile

  • You are fluent in English, French and German, and have a good knowledge of Luxembourgish.
  • You are interested in training in insurance techniques, or you already have experience or a diploma in this field.
  • Your customer focus, listening skills and empathy will enable you to respond effectively to customers' needs and questions.
  • You are autonomous, able to propose solutions and work efficiently even under pressure.
  • A good command of IT tools such as Word, Excel, Electronic Document Management and Internet applications is essential for this position.

Offer

  • Monthly salary indication: € 6501 - € 7000
