Back Office Sales

Description

This is an internal sales position:

• Carry out an in-depth evaluation of the specifications and provide answers.
• Carry out in-depth analysis of specifications.
• Propose solutions for existing and new customer portfolios.
• Responsible for case management, from quotation preparation to order placement.
• Prepare customer files, including preparation of credit files.
• Supervise contract management and debtor follow-up.
• Support the expert in managing specifications.
• Keep abreast of changes and developments (e.g. legislation, taxation, market trends, etc.).

Your profile

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree.
• You have an excellent command of French and Dutch.
• You have previous experience in specifications.
• You are analytical and meticulous.
• You are autonomous and proactive.
• You are able to work flexibly and find creative solutions.
• You are customer-oriented with commercial skills.
• You have good organizational skills.
• You are stress-resistant, motivated and committed.
• You are a strong team player.
