Description

  • You will be part of a team that advises large companies on employee benefits and manages pension funds;
  • You are responsible for processing client databases and importing them into our administrative system;
  • You ensure that all correspondence to pension plan members is correctly and promptly prepared (processing terminations, settlements to beneficiaries, preparation of annual pension statements, etc.);
  • You are familiar with the legal and technical aspects of supplementary pension plans and provide support in this respect to customers and/or members;
  • You assist the auditor during the pension fund audit and ensure that all necessary documents are prepared;
  • You are responsible for annual reporting to FSMA and all other statutory reports;
  • You prepare presentations for the pension fund's Board of Directors/General Meetings, and also have the opportunity to attend them.

Your profile

  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree in economics, law or insurance;
  • An interest in insurance (employee benefits, group insurance or related programs) is a plus;
  • You have a perfect command of Dutch and a good knowledge of French. Knowledge of English is an asset;
  • A good command of spreadsheet and word-processing software is a must;
  • You are service-oriented and work well in a team, with excellent social skills;
  • Precision is your second nature!
