Description
With the main focus on customer and service satisfaction and with an increasing number of calls due to the growth of the company, the customer service department is looking for motivated employees who want to contribute to this growth.Together with about 40 colleagues, an average of 2000 calls are handled daily. The customer service department currently only handles inbound calls and e-mails in first line.
- You are the first point of contact for customers, brokers, agents, hospitals and dentists, and are therefore responsible.
- Together with your colleagues, you will contribute to the growth of customer service and to increasing our customer and service satisfaction.
- You are essentially responsible for a number of after-sales services to the customer, broker or agent.
- After extensive internal training, you will be able to handle 80% of the incoming calls independently.
- If necessary you can always call on the internal services.
- Because of the very varied questions that come up (product information, claims files, modification of contracts, accounting questions, ...) you will gain a lot of experience in different areas which will give you a lot of opportunities to grow within the company.
- Together with the team you will think about and make proposals to improve our services to customers.
- You will be evaluated individually every month so that you can work together with your manager to achieve your objectives.
- You work in 2 shifts between 8 am and 5 pm.
- You are motivated to follow trainings and take exams in order to meet the FSMA obligations as a "person in contact with the public".
Your profile
- You are first and foremost a fluent communicator.
- Fluent in Dutch and French.
- Experience in Customer Service and/or insurance is a plus.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn, you can quickly familiarise yourself with a new range of products.
- You are stress resistant and can work quickly and efficiently with a computer.
- You are customer and service oriented and have commercial feeling.
