As a back-office support, you will be responsible for :
  • Centralizing first-line telephone calls with customers and insurance companies
  • Recording assignments
  • Consolidate files
  • Schedule appointments for experts
  • Follow-up until file closure

Your profile

  • You are fluent in Dutch and/or French, with a good command of the other language.
  • You have experience in an administrative role
  • You are a learner with good communication skills
  • You are self-confident and enjoy administrative work with attention to detail
  • You can perform well under pressure and are resistant to stress
  • You are sociable and a team player
  • You like varied work and teamwork
  • You are flexible and put customer satisfaction first
  • You are reliable and always respect internal and customer agreements
