We are looking for an Expert Corporate Finance Lawyer with a passion for legal and tax challenges. Description
- You will be in charge of studying, monitoring and communicating changes in legal provisions,
- You ensure that the legal provisions applicable to our client's entities and the pension plans entrusted to them are applied in matters relating to the 2nd pillar;
- You monitor and communicate changes in Belgian and Luxembourg tax legislation and regulations;
- You follow up on requests for information, action plans and recommendations from supervisory authorities (FSMA, BNB) and control functions;
- You manage litigation files to defend the organization's interests;
- You update and ensure compliance with regulations and agreements.
Your profile
- You have a Master's degree in law and at least 5-6 years' experience in corporate finance;
- Knowledge of the 2nd pillar is an asset;
- You have good analytical skills, are precise, organized and structured, and are familiar with project management;
- You enjoy working in a team and in a small structure. You combine strategy and execution with ease;
- You have experience in contract negotiation;
- You are comfortable in a representative role in public forums (e.g. FEB, Pensio Plus);
- You are familiar with Microsoft Office software;
- You are bilingual in French and Dutch, and have a good grounding in English;
- You are curious and eager to learn;
- You are at ease with complexity and ambiguity;
- You are solution-oriented.
