Description
- As an Insurance Advisor, you will be the key person who attracts and brings in new clients.
- You take a structured lead in following up leads that come in through telemarketing or our extensive network.
- Translating leads into convincing offers and contracts is your specialty; your negotiations lay the foundation for long-term relationships.
- You are an expert in analyzing customer needs and offering customized insurance products.
- As a trusted advisor, you are present for clients, both in the office and on location, to answer all their insurance questions.
- You will work independently on quotes, policies and negotiations, with the support of experienced colleagues as needed.
- Building strong relationships of trust with clients and other stakeholders is at the core of your role.
Your profile
- If you have a Bachelor's or Master's degree, this job could be for you.
- A first work experience, preferably in commercial functions, is a plus.
- Are you interested in the insurance world and eager to learn?
- It is important that you are fluent in Dutch, English and French as you will be working with international clients in the heart of Brussels.
- If you are commercially minded, customer oriented and proactive in responding to customer needs, then you are who we are looking for.
- Good communication and persuasion skills are essential, as are accuracy, problem solving ability and team spirit.
- You will be the one who actively responds to customer needs and provides professional advice.
- In this small team, you need to be able to work independently and take responsibility.
