Description

  • You are the contact person for customers; you welcome potential and existing customers in the branch and by telephone in a professional manner;
  • You listen to customers' needs in order to improve service and identify business opportunities.
  • You answer customers' questions and refer them to the Account Manager if necessary;
  • You provide administrative support for Account Managers in terms of customer management: correspondence, prospecting, information retrieval, follow-up of files, filing, etc;
  • You record the necessary customer data in our various management systems. You are in contact with the various insurance companies;
  • You put your knowledge to good use by helping the account manager to put together offers and provide real service to the customer;
  • You enthusiastically promote the company's strategy, mission and values.

Your profile

  • You have a bachelor's degree in insurance or equivalent experience;
  • You are in good standing in terms of PCP insurance, anti-money laundering training and TwinPeaks/MiFid certification;
  • You're a true Swiss Army knife, and like to be on all fronts at once;
  • You're strong-willed, but at the same time you're good at building relationships with both your customers and your team. Team spirit is essential, and mutual support and collegiality are vital to the smooth running of our agency;
  • Experience of 2 years or more is highly desirable;
  • You speak French; knowledge of Dutch is an asset;
  • Knowledge of BRIO is also an asset;
  • You have the empathy to understand customers' needs and present them with appropriate solutions;
  • You are autonomous and proactive;
  • You are rigorous, organized and able to manage priorities.
