Description

As Claimshandler Liability, you advise your own clients on their claims and follow up these claims files from start to finish. Your clients are medium and large enterprises in Belgium.

• You are the interlocutor and confidant of your clients.
• You interpret the claim reports and ensure a correct and efficient claim settlement.
• The focus is on processing claims within civil liability.
• A correct and timely follow-up of your file is self-evident.
• Internally you consult about files with our account managers or consultants.
• You guarantee qualitative communication with clients, insurers and experts.
• You highly value cooperation, collegiality, dynamics and trust within the team.

Your profile

• You hold a bachelor's degree (preferably law practice or insurance).
• Experience within damages (insurance is required) but this may be of various orders.
• You are solution and customer oriented. You are a good listener and are committed.
• You are able to adapt your communication style to your interlocutor.
• As an interlocutor for your clients, you radiate confidence and soundness.
• You will join a strong team of great colleagues who complement and help each other.
• You are fluent in the most common IT tools and can easily learn new applications.
• In addition to an excellent knowledge of Dutch, knowledge of French and/or English is a plus.
