Description

• You not only draft commercial contracts, but also seek the most appropriate legal solutions to business challenges;
• You ensure the follow-up of brewery contracts, commercial leases and distribution contracts, among others;
• In cooperation with external lawyers, you actively manage dispute files from A to Z, representing the company's interests and consolidating its legal position. This involves extensive contact with law firms, notaries and bailiffs;
• You proactively provide legal advice to various departments within the organization. You are responsible for various legal issues and as a legal partner you work closely with internal departments, both commercial and management, to provide legal support;
• You effectively monitor the legal budget, aiming to optimize costs and ensure financial targets;
• You provide training to the sales, marketing and management teams on legal and compliance issues related to resolving commercial issues;
• You actively participate in contract negotiations with the sales team to minimize legal risks and exploit commercial opportunities;
• You manage the legal processes related to bankruptcies and judicial reorganizations;
• Ongoing analysis and optimization of legal processes, including modernization initiatives to improve efficiency.

Your profile

• You have a master's degree in law, preferably with a specialization in business law;
• You have at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a commercial organization or law firm;
• You have an excellent knowledge of French in word and writing and at least a basic knowledge of Dutch and English;
• Thanks to your work experience, you have knowledge of contract and economic law;
• You have a hands-on, can-do mentality and take initiative;
• You are a team player with a positive attitude;
• You are proactive and results-oriented;
• You are precise and have an eye for detail.

• Monthly salary indication: € 3501 - € 5500
