For a private bank, we are looking for a Junior Client Service Officer to provide first-line advice and support to clients, and to coordinate administrative and operational activities. Requirements are at least a bachelor's degree, two years of relevant banking experience, and proficiency in Dutch, English and French. The bank offers good benefits, including meal vouchers and flexible working.
Description
- You offer first-line advice to (potential) customers, taking into account the product and processing scope and applicable legislation
- You detect specific needs of customers and take the necessary steps towards the Relationship Managers to discuss them and give a positive follow-up.
- You provide administrative and commercial support to the Relationship Managers
- You coordinate all administrative and operational activities that are at the basis of a perfect service (e.g. payment transactions, account management, etc...)
- You are in close contact with the internal mid and back office departments at headquarters and build a lasting relationship with these services
- You monitor customer satisfaction and initiate actions to improve internal/external customer relations
- You manage risks in the areas of compliance, security and fraud
- You inform clients correctly about the bank's procedures and requirements, as well as the products
- Reporting to the Head of Transaction Banking
Your profile
- You have at least a Bachelor degree and at least 2 years of relevant banking experience
- You speak Dutch fluently and have a very good active knowledge of English and French
- You are well versed in MS Office 365 (Outlook/Word/Excel/Powerpoint)
- You have knowledge of banking products and banking services
- You are an organizational talent with a great passion for working with customers
- You are accurate and work in a structured way
- You have strong problem solving skills
- You are communicatively strong and very customer oriented
- You have commercial and analytical skills
- You are discrete and show empathy
- You can work independently and take initiative, but at the same time you are a real team player
- You are stress resistant and flexible.
