Receptionist
As a receptionist at the independent bank branch in Merksem, you are the first point of contact for their customers. You provide a warm welcome and offer professional support in their banking affairs. In addition, you perform administrative tasks and work closely with your colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Description
- Receiving and welcoming customers to the branch
- Answering questions and providing information on banking products and services
- Assist with daily banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals and transfers
- Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining customer records
- Schedule and manage customer appointments with our advisors
- Contribute to a positive and professional atmosphere within the branch.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree supplemented by several years of experience in a similar position
- You have excellent communication skills
- You are customer oriented and have a friendly, open attitude
- You can work accurately and organized
- You are stress resistant and can cope well with pressure
- You have a good knowledge of Dutch, both oral and written
- Experience in the banking or financial sector is a big plus
- You are familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
