Operational Coordinator Facilities

Description

In close collaboration with the Team coordinator, you will be responsible of :
Technical building maintenance :
  • Monitor building alerts and respond promptly to alarms (fire & other) during evenings and weekends.
  • Oversee building works during the weekend to ensure completion and compliance with standards.
  • Schedule and supervise maintenance of building infrastructure, including small works, contractual maintenance, and coordination with contractors.
  • Manage the maintenance of HVAC, sanitary blocks, and other facility components to ensure optimal operation.

Contract Administration:
  • Process and follow up on contractor invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payments.

Equipment and Asset Coordination:
  • Troubleshoot and arrange repairs for office equipment such as Nespresso machines.
  • Manage pool cars, ensuring availability and maintenance is kept to schedule.

Insurance Management:
  • Handle insurance claims and follow up on any losses or incidents reported.

Internal Coordination:
  • Facilitate internal moves, including organization and material movement, with minimal disruption to staff.
  • Coordinate with the catering team.
  • Manage internal cleaning following meetings and events, ensuring spaces are maintained to a high standard.

Reporting and Administration:
  • Generate and submit budget orders and follow-up reports in the Agresso system.

Your profile

  • An experience in a technical environment is a must.
  • You are Dutch speaking with a good understanding of French and/or English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with analytical skills.
  • Willingness to work outside of standard hours as required for operational needs.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Relevant educational background in facilities management is preferred.

Offer

  • Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 4500
