In this position you are part of the logistics team responsible for collection and transport of Waste Electronic and Electrical Equipment.
What will you be doing in this job?
Commercial tasks
- Follow up & recruitment of collection points
- Identify new opportunities based on customer requests
- You support the marketing actions by organizing the logistical side on the one hand and following up the leads made on the other hand
- You are backup CS in case of vacations, illness,... i.e. handle telephone and online questions, remarks and possible complaints in a service-oriented way via live chat conversations and mails, among others
- You are responsible for the planning and administrative processing of audits carried out at carriers and distributors, among others
- You provide collection reports to various parties, internal & external.
- You report to the Teamlead Logistics.

- Exactly what major you have is not that important. We require at least a bachelor degree.
