Description
- You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of files and communication with customers;
- You will coordinate the various tasks within the team to ensure smooth processes;
- You will actively participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas to improve our practices;
- You will have to ensure regular and accurate monitoring of performance indicators to guarantee service quality;
- You will be required to train new employees and support them as they develop their skills;
- You will contribute to the implementation of new tools and processes to optimize our operational efficiency;
- You'll need to be proactive in managing issues and finding quick and effective solutions;
- You will work closely with other departments to ensure smooth, consistent communication.
Your profile
- Good communication skills in French and Dutch;
- Basic written and spoken English is a must;
- Previous experience in a customer service role is considered an asset.
