Description

  • You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of files and communication with customers;
  • You will coordinate the various tasks within the team to ensure smooth processes;
  • You will actively participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas to improve our practices;
  • You will have to ensure regular and accurate monitoring of performance indicators to guarantee service quality;
  • You will be required to train new employees and support them as they develop their skills;
  • You will contribute to the implementation of new tools and processes to optimize our operational efficiency;
  • You'll need to be proactive in managing issues and finding quick and effective solutions;
  • You will work closely with other departments to ensure smooth, consistent communication.

Your profile

  • Good communication skills in French and Dutch;
  • Basic written and spoken English is a must;
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is considered an asset.
