Description
The main activity of the Front-end Agent is to contact customers, who are in light to moderate arrears (1 to 2 monthly repayments), by phone in order to motivate the customers to reduce their arrears through payment promises. The payment promises are entered into our tool.These telephone contacts also aim to:
- To remind about the payment arrears ;
- To propose solutions to avoid new arrears and maintain a good relationship (e.g.: direct debit, standing order, etc....) ;
- Obtain information to understand the cause of the delay ;
- Explain the operation of the relevant products (current account, credit card and personal loan).

- Excellent knowledge of Dutch and French;
