As a claims manager with our client, you will be responsible for the fast, efficient and correct handling of claims files.- You interpret claims reports accurately.
- You communicate professionally and thoroughly with customers, insurers and experts.

Your profile
- As a claims administrator, you have at least a bachelor's degree in insurance/law practice under your belt.
- With at least 2 years of experience in the insurance industry as a claims administrator, you know exactly what is expected.
- Extra points if you have experience as a claims administrator BA.
- An excellent command of Dutch is a must, knowledge of French is a nice extra.
- Your assertiveness and customer-oriented approach make you the perfect candidate for this role.
- Proactive thinking and taking initiative are in your DNA.
- As point of contact for all stakeholders in your claim file, you negotiate independently.
- Flexibility, problem solving ability and common sense are your greatest assets.
- In your work, you are accurate, stress-resistant and communicative, both orally and in writing.
