- The Claims Officer is responsible for the correct, smooth and professional management of the

- Provide periodic and targeted feedback to colleague, account manager;

- Put relevant colleague in copy of information;
- Continuously seek, implement & communicate improvements of added
- Permanently seek efficiency gains in administrative processing of files;
- Accurate and efficient processing of daily communication with the customers,
- Proactive approach, follow-up of files;
- Monitor and follow up correspondence with insurers;
- Detecting problems in files and doing the necessary to anticipate them;
- Monitor the quality of the files;
- Daily processing of correspondence, e-mails (including assignment to the claim file in
- Daily agenda management with the aim of avoiding red agenda items. Daily
- Respecting the Mifid guidelines;
- Smooth financial settlement of files;
- Correct processing of data and keeping our management system Brio+ up to date.
Your profile
- University degree or Bachelor's degree or equivalent by experience and the motivation to
- Thorough knowledge and experience within all branches BOAR companies and individuals;
- Good knowledge of Dutch and French and basic knowledge of English;
- Possession of the necessary insurance certificates imposed by the Mifid Legislation;
- To uphold our client's values and culture, both internally and externally;
- To be a specialist in his field and keep knowledge permanently up to date;
