Client Services Officer

We are looking for a customer-oriented and digital Client Service Officer to answer operational questions related to digital, payments, administrative tasks,... from employees and clients within the private banking sector. Requirements are good French language skills, digital proficiency and structured work. Description

As a Client Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for both employees and clients with questions about services. You play a crucial role in answering a variety of operational questions and providing support for:
  • Questions about the app and digital services such as itsme
  • Questions about customer portfolios and documents
  • Payment requests and other operational issues
In addition, through frequent customer contact, you detect issues that are going well and not so well in the organization. You identify and analyze this and take initiative to make the chain process even better.

Your profile

  • Reactive and proactive liaison with customers
  • Have strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong communication in French is a requirement
  • General digital knowledge is a plus as this is an important part of the job responsibilities
  • Work accurately, punctually and efficiently
  • Experience with telephone contact is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills: dividing your attention over several domains is no problem
  • You are flexible and stress resistant.
