Description
- You will be responsible for performing and managing all areas of accounting, according to legal requirements, in a commercial/service company.
- Your duties also include the monthly closing and preparation of the quarterly and annual closing, the preparation and publication of the Annual Accounts, and the periodic Management Reporting.
- You will be responsible for preparing and presenting periodic bonus results to the sales department. (P&L)
Your profile
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy-Taxation that can draw on initial work experience in a similar position.
- Preferably you already have about 3 years of experience.
- You have a fluent knowledge of Dutch and English and complement this with excellent PC skills and knowledge of modern accounting packages. Knowledge of AdSolut is a plus.
- You are aware of the most recent evolutions in tax legislation and you are familiar with social legislation.
- You are familiar with the common reporting methods/models and the substantiation and preparation of budgets.
- You have a broad view on the accounting processes and you are analytical.
- You are highly communicative without losing sight of the essence of communication.
- You are inventive and constantly strive to increase the efficiency of processes, both accounting activities and other business processes.
- You have an eye for detail and aspire to provide quality service.
- You can work punctually, accurately and independently and manage your own schedule, including the peaks inherent in the position. You are stress resistant.
- You can lead and perform a managerial role.
- You can easily transfer knowledge and insight to other departments of the company. As Finance Manager, you report directly to the CEO.
- You like to take initiative and you proactively advise the CEO. You guarantee a hands-on approach.
- You are a team player and you consult with your colleagues and N+1.
- You are a smooth personality, driven by your profession.
- You are able to maintain good relations and rapport with the Banks and with official bodies such as the Tax Administration.
