As claims manager for foreign claims at our client in Brussels, you will be responsible for managing international claims files:- You communicate smoothly with foreign colleagues and offer them support with a focus on quality.
- You assist the broker in providing information on claims and ensure efficient processing of files.
- Managing correspondence and clear communication with all parties involved are among your duties.
- You ensure compliance with quality standards to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
- You liaise with external parties and share relevant market and product information with the team.

Your profile
- You have a professional bachelor's degree, preferably in finance or law, or equivalent experience.
- You have experience in non-life claims management.
- You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and good knowledge of French, additional languages are a plus.
- You have strong communication skills to smoothly exchange information and consult with colleagues and team leader.
- Accuracy, thoroughness and efficiency are important to you.
- You are customer-oriented and handle files and phone calls in a professional manner.
