Description

  • Maintaining detailed records of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Taking charge of preparing both interim and annual accounts, guaranteeing precision in the reporting.
  • Crafting monthly and quarterly reports and sharing them with relevant stakeholders promptly.
  • Handling GAAP reconciliations across various standards such as US GAAP, UK GAAP, Lux GAAP, and/or IFRS.
  • Crunching numbers to calculate tax provisions and meticulously reviewing tax returns.
  • Collaborating with external entities like tax advisors, auditors, and business partners for seamless operations.
  • Engaging with internal and international teams within the organization to ensure smooth communication.
  • Addressing administrative and accounting queries systematically and proactively.
  • Drafting distribution memorandums in a clear and concise manner.
  • Upholding administrative compliance standards and protocols diligently.
  • Ensuring all necessary administrative follow-ups and filings are completed in a timely manner.

Your profile

  • If you have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or equivalent, this might be the perfect job for you.
  • Your experience of 2 to 5 years in Luxembourg, specifically in accounting, audit, or financial control, would be valued. Exposure to PE, RE, and debts investments is a plus.
  • Your strong verbal and written communication skills in English will be essential for this role.
  • As a team player with a hands-on mentality, your ability to work independently and accurately is crucial.
  • Your good organizational skills and understanding of accounting techniques and procedures will set you up for success.
