Our client, a company active in asset management, is looking for an experienced, passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join their communications team. As Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategy to increase their online presence and improve our brand visibility, as well as marketing and sales efforts.

Description
The Social Media Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring the company's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales.Under the responsibility of the Head of Digital Communications, the Social Media Manager will help to translate the communication strategy into social media actions.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Develop, implement and manage the social media strategy;
- Manage and oversee social media content, adhering to rules and regulations;
- Define most important social media KPIs;
- Measure the success of every social media campaign;
- Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies;
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing;
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams;
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization;
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network;
- Act as a point of reference to train and advise others.
Your profile
- You have 3-5 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role in the Asset Management industry;
- You have an excellent knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Glassdoor, Instagram and other social media best practices;
- You are fluent in English (other languages more than welcome);
- You have a strong knowledge of the Social Media landscape;
- You have excellent knowledge of social media marketing and management tools;
- You are a Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions;
- You have a good understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics;
- You have experience with doing audience and buyer persona research;
- You have a good understanding of social media KPIs;
- You are Familiar with web design and publishing;
- You have excellent multitasking skills;
- You have great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills;
- You are highly collaborative with exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills (leadership, team spirit, empathy);
- You have excellent oral, written, and presentation skills;
- You have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
