Description

  • Perform regulatory checks and pre-evaluate new customer and intermediary contracts;
  • Follow-up of customer acceptance process and relations with Custodian;
  • Follow-up and validate financial operations on customer portfolios;
  • Verify the update process of the portfolio management system and database and perform routine reconciliation checks;
  • Single Point of Contact for the invoicing process for intermediaries and related tax inquiries;
  • Provide support for the company’s CRM system, client and intermediary applications;
  • Work on continuous improvement of operational processes and systems;
  • Respond to the final customer, intermediaries and sales team over the phone, by e-mail and ordinary mail for overall inquiries;
  • Reporting to the companies entities and the regulator;
  • Participation in the management reporting;
  • Involvement in finance and operations related projects;
  • Involvement in transversal/international initiatives.

Your profile

  • Bachelor degree with minimum 5 years’ experience or equivalent;
  • Bilingual Dutch/French;
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • Minimum 5-year experience in a similar position;
  • Experience in the financial world;
  • Client support;
  • Experience in using computer software (Microsoft Office, Salesforce);
  • Bilingual Dutch/French – Good knowledge of English;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and VAT principles;
  • Computer literacy.
