Description
- As pension fund analysts, you will be involved in customizing the in-house application, in line with the customer's specific requirements, from start to finish.
- You'll need to analyze the customer's needs and ask the right questions in discussions with users to achieve a thorough and detailed functional analysis that is technically feasible.
- Your role will be to structure, map and model the customer's requests into clear functional requirements, as a basis for the programmers to begin development.
- You will be responsible for developing test scenarios in close collaboration with the customer.
- You will be responsible for closely monitoring tests and making any necessary adjustments.
- You will contribute to corporate projects in the various departments by suggesting improvements and optimizations.
- You will support the operations of our Pension Administration department, monitoring the quality of data and calculation results, and taking on complex operational tasks.
Your profile
- You have a Master's degree in a field with a strong quantitative approach, such as mathematics, physics, civil engineering, commercial engineering, economics or similar.
- You have several years' experience, preferably in a similar position.
- Experience in the insurance sector would be an asset.
- You speak French or Dutch and have a basic knowledge of the other language. Fluency in English is an advantage.
- You have an analytical mind and the ability to think abstractly.
- You are communicative and sociable, able to share your ideas in a clear and structured way with others.
- You are able to participate in the management of new files.
- You have a strong sense of responsibility and are able to handle your assignments independently, demonstrating organizational and priority management skills.
