Description
- You carry out the wide range of Compliance responsibilities and in other words you are in close contact with our clients;
- You ensure that work tools and operational procedures are kept up-to-date;
- You closely monitor legal developments on compliance in collaboration with our criminal law & compliance team;
- You have a crucial culture-setting role and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that comply with relevant laws and regulations;
- You will also be involved in reviewing and improving controls within practice groups and the broader organization;
- You raise staff awareness through training and messaging;
- You report extensively on compliance actions, risks and any breaches and deficiency and formulate improvement proposals in this regard.
Your profile
- You have a Bachelor degree or can already look back on several years of experience in a similar role;
- You have very good language skills (Dutch, French and English);
- You are accurate, structured and can set priorities;
- You have affinity with business processes and good stakeholder and project management skills;
- You have a broad knowledge of relevant laws and regulations;
- You have perseverance to complete matters successfully.

- Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 4000
