Description
As Non-Life Claims Manager with our client, you will ensure the correct and efficient handling of your claims files:- You are in direct contact with your customer and follow up his claim file.
- You are responsible for the integral follow-up of the claims.
- You assess the claim in order to take a position concerning coverage and/or additional investigation.
- You negotiate with insurance companies and experts.
- You prepare the damage estimate and consult with all parties involved.
- You close the file and settle the claim.
- You maintain telephone contact with customers and insurers.
Your profile
- With a bachelor's degree in insurance and several years of experience as a claims manager, you will be perfectly prepared for this role.
- A specialization in BA, ABR and Fire is highly valued and will help you excel in this role.
- Your skills with Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook will be essential for efficient execution of daily tasks.
- Experience with Brio+ is a great addition that will increase your chances of success.
- A good command of Dutch, enables you to communicate fluently with different parties.
- Whether working in a team or independently, you always know how to achieve the best result.
- With your proactive attitude, creative solutions and eye for commercial opportunities, you are the energetic asset we are looking for.
