HR officer

Our client is seeking a new HR Officer to support their growth. The HR Officer is the bridge between the company and the employees and will deal with payroll, personnel files and support acquisitions, among other things. They are looking for someone with experience in payroll, good communication skills in Dutch and French, and knowledge of social legislation. Description

  • Ensuring accurate and timely payroll administration
  • Managing personnel files where you take care of the administrative handling of hiring and terminations, following up on HR procedure and keeping personnel information up to date in HR tools
  • Providing administrative support for the acquisitions and mergers of new practices
  • Speaking with a smile to our employees in the practices and at headquarters, both by phone and email
  • The timely filing and implementation of collective bargaining agreements for the legal provisions
  • Furthermore, you will be involved in numerous system and process optimizations to ensure a more efficient operation.

Your profile

  • You have at least a Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
  • You have a thorough knowledge of Belgian social legislation
  • You have experience with payroll, preferably with systems such as e-Blox or similar tools
  • You have mastered MS Office and can easily work with administrative systems
  • You communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing
  • You have a good knowledge of French, for contact with our French-speaking employees in Wallonia
  • You are service-oriented and enjoy working in a supportive, dynamic environment.
