Description
- Become a Personal Banking Advisor for our Advisory Center in Montgomery;
- As a Personal Banking Advisor in our passionate and dynamic team, you will play a key role in achieving your Advisory Center's growth objectives and positioning the bank as a preferred partner for individual clients;
- You will work closely with your colleagues and branch manager to proactively manage your clients' portfolios, provide them with the best investment advice, consolidate their commitment to our bank and expand our client base;
- Ideally located in the heart of Brussels, our Montgomery Advisory Center benefits from a heterogeneous client base with significant potential for business development;
- You will offer a pleasant, high-quality welcome to customers, making them feel welcome;
- You promote the bank's strategy, mission, values, products and services with enthusiasm and dynamism to prospects and customers;
- You actively manage and develop the portfolios of our affluent clients;
- You act as a person of trust, optimizing your clients' investment portfolios in line with their financial objectives;
- You negotiate with clients with a view to a win-win solution;
- You keep abreast of developments in the banking sector, and in bank's products and services;
- You manage the administrative aspects of customer management.
Your profile
- You have a bachelor's degree and are passionate about the financial sector;
- At least 3 years' experience in investment consulting;
- In-depth knowledge of financial products and services;
- Very good knowledge of Dutch and French, good knowledge of English;
- You are proactive, entrepreneurial and have good interpersonal skills;
- You have strong communication and persuasion skills;
- Thanks to your commercial orientation and empathy, you are able to understand and respond exactly to your customers' needs;
- You have a collaborative spirit that favors teamwork;
- You work with precision, have an eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.
