Description

  • You proofread and finalize letters, reports and memos;
  • You manage correspondence and email traffic (registration, dispatching, follow-up and filing) and participate in other administrative follow-up tasks;
  • You handle telephone calls;
  • You create files and keep them up to date;
  • You organize internal and external meetings and occasional travel.

Your profile

  • You have a bachelor's degree in office management or equivalent (must have);
  • You speak and write very good Dutch and French. You have a working knowledge of English;
  • You are flexible, well organized and can prioritize. You can work independently as well as in a team;
  • You can work well with the usual Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel ...);
  • Being familiar with SharePoint is an asset.
