Description

  • Use a shared calendar tool (such as Google Calendar) to plan and schedule training courses and trainers.
  • Utilize email marketing tools or social media platforms to promote available training sessions to your clients.
  • Set up a system for promptly responding to client inquiries and providing necessary support.
  • Implement a ticketing system to track and manage client requests effectively.
  • Consider using a booking software to streamline the process of reserving physical or virtual classrooms.
  • Establish a centralized repository for learning materials and develop a process for distributing them to clients.
  • Use a database or spreadsheet to maintain accurate records of trainees, schedules, and attendance.
  • Design a feedback survey template to collect input from participants after each training session.
  • Create standardized templates for drafting training activity reports and results.
  • Familiarize yourself with the LMS platform and seek training on its features.

Your profile

  • You are organized, versatile and willing to learn continuously.
  • You are fluent in French and English.
  • You have a first experience in Learning & Development or in Human Resources.
  • You have a background in Human Resources
