HR Business Partner

For our client in Insurance, we are looking for an HR Business Partner to play a central role in the organization by filling a bridge role between People and the Business.

Description

  • You are strategic advisor and sparring partner for management and other stakeholders in making People-related decisions;
  • as first point of contact for People-related questions, you are a listening ear, answer questions and are a connecting figure;
  • proactively attracting, recruiting and onboarding talent energizes you;
  • we enter into a long-term commitment with our people, so talent development is central;
  • We co-design processes and projects within the People team.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent through experience;
  • With at least 3 years of experience in HR;
  • With a warm heart for People;
  • you are eager to learn;
  • you think strongly solution-oriented;
  • working independently and conscientiously gives you energy;
  • you handle change smoothly; it is part of your DNA.
