The position involves managing insurance contracts, customer service, compliance, coordinating tasks, and building professional relationships. The candidate must have experience in customer service, good communication skills, master French and ideally Dutch, be organized and able to prioritize effectively.

Description

  • Ensure the complete management of insurance contracts within the Dedicated Funds team, including subscriptions, redemptions, arbitrages and any necessary modifications.
  • Ensure high quality service to customers, partners and other stakeholders, such as asset managers and custodian banks.
  • Oversee the smooth running of tasks to respond to customer requests in a timely manner, guaranteeing an optimal level of service.
  • Carry out first-level compliance and anti-money laundering checks.
  • Establish strong and lasting professional relationships.
  • Possess in-depth expertise in life insurance and financial products.
  • Coordinate activities internally with sales, wealth planning, compliance, product, unlisted investment, tax and legal teams.

Your profile

  • Proven experience in customer service within a banking institution or insurance company
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Perfect command of French, knowledge of Dutch would be a plus
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills

Offer

  • Monthly salary indication: € 4001 - € 4500
Our client is offering a 3-month temporary contract (renewable).
