Description

As a Billing Assistant:
  • You will be managing and analyzing the financial aspects of client files in collaboration with partners and General Management (Finance Department).
  • You will ensure the accuracy of financial information before issuing invoices, comply with rules and deadlines during the invoice validation process, and prepare invoices according to applicable financial agreements while gathering all necessary billing information.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing credit notes when appropriate, following up on outstanding invoices, and preparing payment reminders in coordination with General Management.
Your role will be crucial in maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance, contributing significantly to the efficiency and effectiveness of our financial operations.

Your profile

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a first experience in an administration or finance department
  • You are analytical and detail-oriented
  • Data processing skills are an asset
  • You are fluent in English and either French or Dutch
  • You possess strong technical MS office skills, especially Excel
  • You are an organized, flexible, and results oriented team player
  • You possess excellent communication skills and a customer, and service-oriented
