Sales Support Assistant

Description

As part of an enthusiastic and dynamic team, you will be responsible for welcoming, assisting and following up customers in their many and varied interactions with the bank, as well as providing them with initial information about our savings and investment solutions.

Your responsibilities:

• Welcome and guide customers;
• You advise customers on day-to-day banking matters (account opening, bank card questions, etc.);
• You handle customer correspondence and day-to-day administration (office mailbox, answering the phone, making appointments, etc.) to support the team (Personal Banking Advisors);
• You contact customers proactively and ensure a lasting relationship;
• Identify investment opportunities and actively contribute to the acquisition and retention of new customers;
• You guide customers towards the offer best suited to their profile;
• You convey the bank's values and strategy to prospects and customers with enthusiasm and dynamism;
• You follow procedures and manage risks when integrating new customers, in close collaboration with back-office departments;

Your profile

• You have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in economics/finance, or a Master's degree in another field.
• You have a strong interest in the financial world. A first experience of maximum 3 years in the financial/customer service sector is a plus.
• You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and a good knowledge of French.
• You are comfortable dealing with customers (by telephone and face-to-face) and have a commercial attitude.
• You are solution-oriented and have a positive attitude.
• You are reliable, discreet and precise.
• You are stress-resistant.
