Description

As an insurance administrative assistant for a well-known company in the heart of Brussels, your role will be to support the production and claims management department, working closely with the administrative team.

Your duties will include:
  • Receive, identify and classify incoming requests via various communication channels such as e-mail, telephone and mail.
  • Process mail on a daily basis to ensure smooth communication.
  • Assign mail to a specific management system.
  • Respond to incoming telephone inquiries as the first point of contact.
  • Provide administrative support to claims and production teams.
  • Ensure logistical follow-up by assigning files and scanning documents.
  • Manage document archiving.
  • Perform various administrative tasks such as direct mail, reprographics and document dispatch.

Your profile

  • For this position, you have a degree in administration or a similar field.
  • Previous experience in administration or the insurance sector would be an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential for this position.
