Description
- In this position, you will report to the Head of Safety;
- You will be responsible for all process optimizations within the H&S department and in collaboration with all other departments;
- Coordinate job-related safety training;
- Coordinate H&S initiatives;
- Functions within the H&S department as the point of contact for ICT regarding;
- Does documentation follow-up to ensure updating in terms of H&S herein;
- Various administrative-support tasks.
Your profile
- Knowledge level Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience;
- Basic knowledge of the various H&S disciplines is necessary;
- Prevention advisor level 3;
- Thorough knowledge necessary of activities and processes related to the Codex "Well-being at Work".
- Thorough knowledge specific software (tools);
- Thorough spoken and written knowledge of Dutch, knowledge of the written and spoken second national language and basic knowledge of English;
- Strong communication skills to interact with all stakeholders/departments within BAC and stakeholders;
- Planning: effectively and structurally determine what time, resources and commitment are needed to achieve goals;
- Organizing: deploying people and resources in such a way that goals are effectively achieved;
- Quality-oriented: continuously striving for improvements in own work areas. Also supporting and sensitizing colleagues within the department;
- Creativity: thinking up new ways of working and solutions based on the LEAN principle, among others;
- Customer orientation: examining the wishes and needs of the customer. And thinking and acting in this perspective.
