Description

- You will assume a central role within the credit department. Coaching and mentoring the "Lending experts" team ensures that the quantity and quality of their output is in line with the objectives.
- Your strong communication skills contribute to the good collaboration between each Business Partner with the relevant stakeholders. In doing so, you also provide the necessary support during the most difficult discussions.
- You work closely with the Head of PRO Sales, providing support or replacing him in projects, credit committees or meetings when he is absent.
- You have an active role in transforming the business model and rolling out our new way of working in the professionals and entrepreneurs segment.
- You take the necessary actions so that all quantitative and qualitative objectives in the PRO segment are achieved.
Your profile
- You are able to take on new challenges and are willing to actively participate in building a new business model.
- Your people management skills are enhanced by your strong communication skills and positive attitude.
- You are Specialist in Professional & Business Banking activities (product range, credit, key operational processes, risk and compliance).
- You have experience with complex corporate credit analysis.
- You speak Dutch, have a good knowledge of French and English.
- You have at least 10 years of experience in the professional banking sector as a Relationship Manager or Team Leader.
- You have experience in Sales Management (preferably in the context of Professional or Business Banking).
