We are looking for a graduate with 3 years' experience in insurance or banking. The person must be fluent in Dutch and French, rigorous, organized, a good communicator and able to work as part of a team to effectively manage life insurance and capitalization contracts.
Description
Your missions:- Management of life insurance and capitalization contracts on the Belgian, French and Luxembourg markets.
- Processing new subscriptions and management of existing contracts.
- Responding to distributors' needs.
- Compliance with quality and reliability standards.
- Maintain and develop relationships with internal and external partners.
- Participation in departmental projects to optimize contract management processes.
Your profile
Your profile:- Holder of a higher education diploma (Bac + 3) with a major in administration;
- Three years' experience in a similar position in an insurance company or bank is required;
- Fluent in Dutch and French;
- Proficiency in Pack Office;
- Ability to analyze and summarize, rigor, and organizational skills to successfully complete assignments within deadlines;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (handling incoming calls and e-mails);
- Appreciates teamwork and knows how to build trusting relationships with partners.
