Description

  • Analyze recruitment requests and conduct the intake interview with the Manager to determine the profile and required competencies;
  • Translate these expectations into an attractive job posting NL - FR and disseminate it via social media & job boards thanks to our ATS tool;
  • Implement the most efficient recruitment strategy in line with the profile sought: recruitment channels, external partners, social media campaign,...;
  • For certain profiles use a " Direct Search - Sourcing " approach through the tools at our disposal (LinkedIn Recruiter) and continuously search for new recruitment methods;
  • Responsible for the analysis & screening of resumes and for conducting selection interviews and any additional tests;
  • Ensuring a qualitative follow-up of all applications: interview reports, feedback discussions on the retained candidates with the Manager & HR BP, feedback to candidates, contract proposals,... ;
  • Annual recruitment of a " pool " of seasonal employees & students for our different departments: organization and participation in jobdays;
  • Preparing & participating in the onboarding of new employees;
  • Managing and making the best use of the annual recruitment budget: negotiations with external partners, ATS Tool, invoicing (SAP),...;
  • Innovative thinking on how to optimize the recruitment of our future talents: new recruitment channels, partnerships with schools, new technologies,...;

Your profile

  • You hold a Bachelor or Master's degree and a relevant experience of 3 to 5 years: Recruiter - Sourcer - Talent Acquisition;
  • You are fluent in French and Dutch;
  • You have proven experience in recruitment & selection: interview techniques, competency analysis, sourcing,...;
  • You have excellent organizational skills, are reliable and structured: respect deadlines, objectives, budgets and this in an autonomous way;
  • You can show the necessary creativity and dare to think out of the box to achieve the expected results;
  • You are solution-oriented and have a positive and dynamic character.
