Description
As Talent Acquisition Officer, you will work on the recruitment of the future talent at our client (blue & white collar workers) and ensure an optimal "candidate experience". You work within the Talent Management department and in close collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and HR Business Partners:- You translate the needs of the business, draw up attractive job offers (NL - FR) and distribute them through the various channels and job boards using the ATS tool;
- You actively search for candidates on the various available channels;
- You use your creativity to generate sufficient candidates for the vacancies;
- You are responsible for shortlisting candidates and conducting phone screenings;
- You follow up applications for an optimal "candidate experience" and organize the different selection phases;
- In cooperation with the Talent Team you devise an effective recruitment strategy: recruitment channels, external partners, social media campaign, etc...
- You provide regular reporting via dashboards.
Your profile
- You have earned a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- You have your first experience in recruitment through an internship or student job. This is a plus!
- You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and French (written and spoken);
- You are meticulous, structured, independent and results-oriented;
- You like to work in a team; ;
- You are creative and have an "out of the box" way of thinking that enables you to achieve the expected results;
- You are solution-oriented, positive and dynamic.
