A colleague who is eager to really get to know the entrepreneur behind the figures and wants to build lasting customer relationships. Role as Advisor to Entrepreneurs:
  • Expertise Development: You will begin by thoroughly learning our unique approach as a wealth partner, where we invest in your knowledge and skills
  • Financial Guidance: You will support entrepreneurs in their financial choices with a personal and proactive approach, acting as a sounding board
  • Understanding Client Needs: You are attentive to clients' concerns and provide them with the peace of mind they need to focus on their business
Relationship Management and Connections:
  • Long-Term Relationships: You emphasize building trusting relationships with successful business owners so that they trust you with peace of mind about their financial affairs

  • You dare to say what's on your mind and know how to convince customers and colleagues. You combine this with empathy and empathetic communication.
  • Experience in a banking or finance environment puts you one step ahead. But even more important is your eagerness to want to further develop your expertise as an equity partner throughout your career
  • You have a master or bachelor degree in your pocket
  • Our local anchoring is our strength. You are willing to put your focus on the region around Sint-Niklaas and to build long-term client relationships there
  • You speak and write very good Dutch. Ideally you can also express yourself in French.
