Description

  • Back Office: continue to prepare and follow up assistance files abroad. You keep clients informed of the progress of their file and contact colleagues or correspondents (abroad) for further follow-up. You contact the appropriate service providers abroad (garages, breakdown companies, car rental companies, etc.) and keep your client informed of progress. You follow up on costs incurred and consult with your coordinator regarding actions to be taken.
  • Ticketing : you are part of the reservation team. You are in constant contact with your colleagues from the departments and dispatching. You are responsible for all reservations related to assistance abroad: replacement cars, trains, hotels, airline tickets, cabs, etc. You follow up with customers and colleagues from other departments.
  • Dispatch : you assist the colleagues in charge of the optimal deployment of the roadside assistance on the ongoing interventions and support your colleagues to organize and coordinate the depannages, tows, transports and allocation of replacement cars.

Your profile

  • You have a very good level in Dutch & French;
  • You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a function with customer contact and file management;
  • You are helpful;
  • You can deal efficiently with peak moments;
  • You think solution-oriented and can provide a reassuring feeling to customers;
  • You are willing to work a variable hours schedule from Monday to Sunday between 6am and 11pm.
